Newstar Racing Club was launched on 24 February, and is up and running.
The company intends to enter into a management services agreement with Bryan Martin Racing Services Pty Ltd [ACN 056 494 083] which will be responsible for the administration of the company together with the maintenance and updating aspects of the website.
The remuneration will be determined by the boards of NewStar Racing Club Limited and the McGrath Foundation.
